We are excited to announce several upcoming listening sessions with members of our Council. These engagement opportunities are your chance to learn what the Children’s Services Council of Leon County is and how it is different from other funding agencies in our community. Perhaps more importantly, it is an opportunity for members of the general public to provide input on what you think our priorities should be directly to CSC Leon staff and select Council members.
Our goal is to do more listening than telling, more learning than teaching.
The sessions will be facilitated by our Executive Director, Ms. Cecka Rose Green, and will foster sharing by guests. Please note that while members of the Council will be present, this is not a question and answer event nor will formal decisions be made. Formal business by the Council will take place during its regularly scheduled meetings on the third Thursday of the month (except for March due to Spring Break).
All meetings are open to the public but we do require pre-registration for planning purposes. Please see the links below for desired dates/locations.
