The Program & Quality Assurance Specialist (PQA Specialist) works closely with the Director of Finance and Operations (DFO) and the Lead PQA Specialist to ensure sound programmatic practices and to help foster a strong partnership between CSC Leon and its funded Community Investment Partners (CIPs). The PQA Specialist provides support, and coordinates services and tasks related to CSC Leon-funded programs. This position is responsible for overseeing assigned contracts for various contracted programs and services, targeting children, youth, and families residing in Leon County. The PQA Specialist will assess contract compliance and high-quality program services. This position performs data entry services, site visits, and provides input regarding funded programs. The PQA Specialist will work collaboratively with CSC Leon staff, as well as relevant external organizations and partners.

This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits.

The Public Relations (PR) Coordinator is responsible for coordinating media content and community engagement opportunities for the Children’s Services Council of Leon County (CSC Leon) to include, but not be limited to the following: social media, traditional media and press releases/events, local campaigns, and community engagement activities. This position also provides additional communications support to CSC Leon as needed. The PR Coordinator will work collaboratively with CSC Leon staff, external organizations and partners.

The Program Accountability and Research Manager (PA/RM) is responsible for monitoring the implementation and accountability of programs funded by the CSC of Leon County. Additionally, the PA/RM will use research methods (analysis, statistics, assessments, etc.) to help develop and provide data-driven programming options in which the Council can invest to yield positive outcomes for children, youth and families in Leon County. The selected candidate will demonstrate expertise in planning, developing and communicating accountability measures for funded programs and initiatives. The PA/RM will take the lead in coordinating and implementing program evaluation processes and procedures, and work directly with any contractors retained by the Council to perform said evaluations and monitoring to assess the effectiveness of the Council’s approaches to achieve its outcomes. This position will work collaboratively with CSC staff, as well as relevant external organizations and partners.

The Director of Finance and Operations (DFO) is responsible for leading and supporting seamless fiscal, operations and human resource management systems, procedures, and processes for the Children’s Services Council of Leon County (CSC Leon), under the direction of the Executive Director. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with specific expertise in fiscal management, organizational governance, have working knowledge of human resource management/best practice, and IT/operations management. The DFO will be a member of the senior leadership team, and assist with strategic decision-making, working with the Executive Director, other key staff, and the Governing Council to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies to improve the lives and outcomes of children, youth, and families in Leon County. Also, the position will liaise with external contractors, as determined necessary.

This position will provide administrative support directly to the Executive Director, overseeing the day-to-day management of the CSC Leon office. The successful candidate will apply specialized technical and professional principles and skills in the solution of complex administrative problems. This may include planning, developing, evaluating, advising, and improving various management control systems, programs and policies, work methods and procedures.

The executive director (ED) is the official representative of the Children’s Services Council of Leon County (CSC Leon). The position is responsible for providing strategic leadership by working with the Governing Council to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies to improve the lives and outcomes of children, youth and families in Leon County. The ED directs the budget, and implements and manages the activities and functions of the organization pursuant to its mission and consistent with the directions and delegations of the Governing Council. This is a non-graded position for which compensation is established by the Council.
