
Jenay Sermon
Jenay Sermon brings two decades of experience across education, nonprofit, government, and workforce sectors. She holds a doctorate in Educational Psychology and Learning Systems from Florida State University, with early research roots at Spelman College and Emory University — grounding her in the intentional, people-centered observation that defines her work today. Her expertise spans behavioral science, qualitative action research, program evaluation, and instructional systems. She has supported mission-driven organizations across Florida and nationally in designing programs, measuring outcomes and translating evidence into strategy practitioners can use. Dr. Sermon serves the Children's Services Council of Leon County as project coordinator, guiding the use of rigorous methodologies and analysis to amplify success with the programs and investment partners CSC is proud to fund.
