The Reimagined SIPS 2025 is Now Open

CSC Leon Local Funding Opportunity

Small nonprofits play a critical role in strengthening our community, but access to funding and capacity-building resources can be a challenge. That’s where the Small Investments for Program Success (SIPS) initiative comes in. Offered by the Children’s Services Council of Leon County (CSC Leon), SIPS is more than just financial support—it’s an investment in your organization’s growth, sustainability, and impact.

Why Apply?

✅ Financial Support Tailored to Your Needs
SIPS provides two levels of investment, designed to meet organizations at different stages of development:

  • SIPS 1.0: Up to $15,000 for nonprofits looking to strengthen their foundation. This level focuses on building essential infrastructure, such as financial systems, program development, and initial capacity-building efforts.
  • SIPS 2.0: Up to $25,000 for organizations ready to expand. This level supports nonprofits that have established programming and are prepared to transition from outputs to measurable outcomes, requiring enhanced data collection, deeper financial oversight, and structured program evaluation.

✅ A Full Year of Growth
SIPS 2025 spans 12 months, providing organizations with the time and resources needed to develop long-term strategies and sustainable operations. This structure allows for ongoing support, coaching, and reporting checkpoints to help your organization achieve real progress.

✅ More Than Money—A Roadmap for Success
Funding is just one part of SIPS. Awardees receive training, coaching, and structured reporting support to strengthen financial management, program evaluation, and overall operations. You won’t just receive funds—you’ll gain the tools and knowledge to make them go further.

✅ A Chance to Focus on What Matters
This year, SIPS is prioritizing Kindergarten Readiness and Youth Mental Health, two areas where local nonprofits can make a direct, measurable difference in the lives of children and families. If your work aligns with these focus areas, this is your chance to receive targeted support and resources to enhance your impact.

Who Should Apply?

If you’re a 501(c)(3) nonprofit legally registered in Florida with an annual operating budget of $150,000 or less, you may be eligible. New organizations with fewer than 24 months of operation can still apply through a fiscal sponsor.
