Kassandra Lynn McGlonn, MPH, MS, DrPH joins CSC Leon as our Program Accountability and Contract Administrator. With over 15 years of experience in public health, Kassandra is a seasoned leader who has spearheaded numerous research initiatives, developing evidence-based methodologies that drive impactful interventions. Her deep knowledge of quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods research is instrumental in identifying service gaps and addressing critical community needs. Amy Grissom steps in as one of our Performance Partners, bringing with her more than 25 years of expertise in contract administration and compliance management. Amy has a wealth of experience working with non-profits and the State of Florida, helping organizations achieve their goals through strategic, streamlined processes. She’s passionate about performance metrics and compliance, ensuring that each contract is effectively managed from start to finish. Shalunda Turo joins CSC Leon as our Operations Specialist. A native of Tallahassee, Shalunda brings exceptional organizational skills and deep expertise in operations management to the table. She has a strong background in contracts and a genuine passion for project management and community engagement.
