CSC Leon seeks to engage community volunteers to serve as members of an upcoming “Evaluation Team” to help review proposals for Year-Round Out-of-School Time (OST) Programs. Specifically, we are seeking diverse and experienced panel members that represent a wide cross-section of our community to ensure a fair and competent evaluation and scoring process.
As a Community Evaluator, you will be expected to independently review and score qualified proposals, discuss your scores during a public meeting, and participate in a decision-making process to make a formal recommendation to the Governing Council. Additionally, you must disclose any financial or substantive relationships with potential applicants to ensure your participation does not result in an actual or perceived conflict of interest.
