The Children’s Services Council of Leon County (CSC Leon) is inviting families to an exciting community event designed to connect children and youth with free and low-cost programs that support their growth and success. The Family and Youth Services Expo will take place on Saturday, March 22, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at FAMU Developmental Research School and will serve as a one-stop-shop for summer camps, afterschool programs, and family support services.
An Expanded Event for Greater Impact
This year, the Expo has expanded beyond summer camps to include a wide range of year-round youth development programs and essential family resources. With CSC Leon’s landmark $2.5 million investment, families will now have more opportunities to enroll their children in high-quality programs that foster academic, social, and personal growth.
Families attending the Expo can meet service providers in person, ask questions, and register their children for programs on-site. Whether you’re looking for a full-year afterschool program, a specialized summer camp, or resources to support your entire family, this event is designed to provide real solutions.
Programs Available for Enrollment
CSC Leon is directly funding 13 high-quality summer and year-round youth development programs, offering free tuition to qualifying families. Enrollment is first-come, first-served, with priority given to families in targeted neighborhoods. Some programs may require a small registration fee, and families receiving free program access must commit to full participation.
